Inttegro Wallet FAQ

Straight answers for the way you shop.

Wallet brings your chosen details, verified mobile money, shop connections, and orders into one Inttegro account. These answers explain what is connected, what stays separate, and what remains under your control.

Wallet basics

What Wallet is for and what you can do with it today.

Why Inttegro Wallet?

Inttegro Wallet gives you one free account for commerce across Inttegro. Verify mobile money once, keep the details you choose ready for checkout, connect with merchants on Inttegro, and bring your orders into one history. It removes the repeated setup while leaving every connection and payment decision in your hands.

How does Wallet work across Inttegro?

From Inttegro storefronts and buy links to checkout and order history, Wallet carries the details you choose across merchants on Inttegro. Payments still require your approval, and each merchant remains responsible for the purchase it fulfils; Wallet gives you one clear place to manage the experience.

What can I do with Wallet today?

Today you can keep verified mobile money ready for checkout, manage the details you share, see merchants on Inttegro connected to your account, and follow their orders in one place.

Payments and checkout

How saved methods work without taking approval away from you.

Which payment methods can I save?

Inttegro Wallet currently supports MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, and AirtelTigo Money. We plan to add more payment options as they become available across Inttegro checkout.

Why do I verify a payment method?

Verification confirms that the mobile money account belongs to you before it is saved. That helps Inttegro merchant checkouts offer the right method without asking you to enter the same account details every time.

Does Wallet store my PIN or approve payments for me?

No. Wallet never stores your mobile money PIN. Signing in or saving a method also does not authorize a charge: every payment still requires the approval steps shown at checkout and by your provider.

Shops and orders

One view of commerce without hiding who fulfils each purchase.

What is a shop connection?

A shop connection lets an Inttegro merchant recognise your Wallet account and use only the profile details you agree to share. You can review and end those connections from Wallet.

Can I disconnect a shop?

Yes. Disconnecting stops the shop from using the connection for future activity. It does not erase completed purchases or records that the shop must retain to fulfil orders, provide support, or meet legal obligations.

Where do the orders in Wallet come from?

Orders come from the Inttegro merchants that accepted and fulfil them. Wallet organises those purchases into one chronological history, while the merchant remains the source for fulfilment, changes, and order-specific support.

Privacy and what comes next

Clear choices now, with more useful tools planned for later.

What information does Wallet share?

You choose which profile details a connected shop can use. Payment credentials and provider approval remain within the payments experience, and a shop receives the information needed for the checkout and order you initiate.

What is coming next?

We are working toward budgeting and clearer spending guidance based on purchases connected to your account. In the future, and only with your permission, that activity may also support credit-readiness insights and credit scoring experiences. Those tools will include explicit controls over what is used and shared.

Where can I get help?

Email [email protected] for help with your account, a saved payment method, a shop connection, or an order shown in Wallet. For fulfilment or a change to a purchase, contact the shop that accepted the order.
